Mr. Bissalla is an Entrepreneur, Policy Consultant, Business Strategist, Development Expert, Media Consultant, Agro-Consultant and Community Leader.
He served as the Chief Xperience Officer at the Beltina Group, with interests in Consulting, Packaging, Print & ICT Equipment Supplies, Branding, Digital Print Productions, and General Supplies. He was also the Managing Director of GingerAgro Allied Industries. Mr. Bissalla is the Founder and President of Kwoi Economic Foundation, a social-economic interest group focused on the development of the Kwoi community. He also serves as Executive Secretary for Thrivent Innovative Foundation, Abuja. He is currently the Vice President II of the Southern Kaduna People’s Union (SOKAPU).
As a thoroughbred professional, he has vast experience in development practice, consulting, business development, policy development, media relations management, fundraising and resource mobilization, Policy advocacy and entrepreneurship.
He has worked on major projects for key organizations which include World Health Organization, Nigerian Navy, Palladium, The Global Fund, USAID, NDPHC, NITDA, NNPC, Defense Space Administration, Defense Headquarters, Nigerian Navy to mention a few.
He has also managed various large-scale multi-stakeholder advocacy, media relations, communications, fundraising, resource mobilization and capacity building projects involving several partners which include:
Key among his consulting success was the development of the Kaduna State Ginger Investment Policy and Strategy (KSGIPS) in 2020-2021 under the auspices of GIZ and KADIPA. He has also led a resource mobilization project for the Global Fund which raised $5million from African Corporations.
Mr. Bissalla graduated with a Second-Class Upper degree in Political Science (with major electives in Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising) and a Master’s Degree in Policy and Development Studies at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He has attended several post-graduation training courses. He was part of the Nigerian Leadership Initiative Class of 2013 (a select group of 26 Young Nigerian Future Leaders trained and equipped for future leadership responsibilities).
Mr. Bissalla is passionate about community development in Kaduna State especially in the Southern Kaduna region where he hails from.
Lucky John is a highly motivated and compassionate person who has achieved great success in his academic pursuits and made noteworthy contributions to his community. He graduated from the prestigious Kaduna State University with a First-Class degree in Christian Religious Studiesin the year 2023, demonstrating his passion and commitment to his field of study.
Lucky has a penchant for personal development which spurred him to enroll in some trainingsand workshops such as Jobberman Introductory Soft Skills Training (2021), Leadership Training Workshop, organised by Kaduna State Students Union (KADSSU) (2021), Counteracting Gender-Based Violence Online Course (2023) at Amnesty International Academy, Mastermind Tech Digital Tapestry Workshop (2023) and Computer Applications Online Training Course (2024) at Benjoh International Communications.
Lucky has also contributed to the academic community by co-authoring and publishing three articles in journals and presenting a paper at the 44th Annual Conference Organised by Nigerian Association for the Study of Religions Held on 6th – 9th November, 2023, Kaduna State University.
During his time in the University, Lucky was actively involved in student leadership. He served as Vice President and President of the Departmental Students Union. Through his leadership, he was able to effect positive change and improve the lives of his fellow students.
In addition to his academic achievements and leadership roles, Lucky has also demonstrated a strong commitment to community service. He served as the Secretariat Subcommittee Secretary of the maiden Southern Kaduna Festival (SKFEST 2023) and he is still serving in that capacity. Lucky started and completed his National Youth Service Corps program from July, 2023 –June 2024, where he continued to demonstrate his leadership and commitment to service. During his service year he was an active member of Gender Vanguard Community Development Club in Kaduna North Local Government of Kaduna State. He served as a Graduate Assistant Lecturer and a Librarian in the Department of Christian Religious Studies, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Kaduna State University.

Oluwaseun Oluwasina Ojo is an IT Specialist, Media Consultant, Business Strategist, and authorwith a distinguished career spanning various fields. He currently serves as the Communication, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (CMEL) Officer at Southern Kaduna Aid (SKAID) Foundation.
In 2023, Oluwaseun played a crucial role in facilitating Secretariat responsibilities at the Maiden Edition of SKFEST. His certification as a Business Strategist, earned from the Business Clinic Workshop at Kaduna State University Entrepreneurship Research and Development Centre, highlights his expertise in strategic business planning. Also, his participation in the Kaduna Creative and Profitable Writing Workshop highlights his dedication to continuous professional development in writing and research.
With over three years of experience in graphic design, Oluwaseun has collaborated with over 30 clients, delivering high-quality designs, including the RCCG Hall of Mercy Nigerian Law Society BAR 2 YEARBOOK in 2024. His exceptional skills in design are matched by his academic prowess as a co-author of three significant articles, with two published in the Department of Christian Religious Studies and one at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University. His collaborative work with Simon Majimre, a renowned researcher, further demonstrates his commitment to academic excellence.
He is currently enhancing his expertise by undergoing advanced training in Artificial Intelligence for business and personal development. This commitment to evolving in his field positions him as a forward-thinking professional adept at leveraging technology to drive innovation.
His technical leadership extends to overseeing live streaming and content creation for major conferences, including the National Christian Alumni Conference at Kaduna State Polytechnic in 2022 and the 44th Annual Conference Organised by Nigerian Association for the Study of Religions (NASR) in 2023. These roles underscore his ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality digital content.

She has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in all her professional endeavors.Her academic journey is distinguished by her exceptional achievement of a Distinction in Science Laboratory Technology (ND) at Kaduna State Polytechnic, and a First Class degree in Microbiology at Kaduna State University.
She served as Research Assistant in various women organizations (NGOs and Civil Society). In this role, she contributed to significant research projects, showcasing her analytical skills and dedication to advancing women’s rights and empowerment.
During her undergraduate studies, Deborah served as the Assistant Secretary General of the Nigerian Association of Microbiology Students (NAMS). Her tenure in this role highlighted her exceptional organizational abilities and her commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive academic environment.
Currently, Deborah holds the esteemed position of Secretary at the Binawa Development Association (BIDA) Kaduna Branch. In this capacity, she plays a pivotal role in driving community engagement and spearheading development initiatives. Bitrus John Gwabin is an administrator with a vast experience. He studied Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where He obtained a B. Sc in Business Administration from 2000-2003.
He worked with Hencon Global Link Limited in Rivers State, Port Harcourt where He head the department of Business Development was later transferred to Purchasing, Supply and Store Department. Bitrus was in charge of the purchasing and supply of food and provisions to over 120 Soldiers in Gbaran UBIE LNG camp in Bayelsa.
He also served as a Duty Manager in Lamonde Hotel, Garki Area 11, Abuja and Hotel Seventeen Kaduna for some couple of years. Bitrus have worked with various departments of Non-Governmental Organizations and have travelled to several States of the Federation working with Sight-Savers (an NGO) where He served as an enumerator in Gboko and Uju LGAs, Benue State, Lokoja in Kogi State, Maimalari in Borno State, Gassol and Donga LGAs in Taraba State.
He worked in Damaturu and Karasuwa LGAs in Yobe State in various communities. And also, in Kaduna State in Kachia, Kafanchan and Lere LGAs. Due to his numerous experiences in different sections of a business community, He finds it easy to fit in any organizational set-up.
